As a member of the creative team within the marketing department, the Graphic Designer will work under the guidance of the Creative Manager and Director of Marketing to create deliverables such as social media graphics, digital ads, print ads, presentations, product literature, promotional materials, and website design.

  • Manage a consistent MI Brand by implementing Brand standards throughout all visual communication
  • Actively participate in creative and strategic brainstorming sessions with internal creative team and external agency
  • See projects through from conceptual phases to final preparation of assets according to specific print or digital production guidelines
  • Make recommendations to streamline and improve processes


Skills & Abilities:

  • College degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related degree
  • 1-3 years of design experience recommended
  • Passionate about, and stay up-to-date on, design trends
  • Driven to excel, individually and organizationally
  • Proficient in, or have working knowledge of:
  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Web Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Email design
  • Current social media graphic requirements
  • DSLR cameras and photo editing
  • HTML, HTML 5, and CSS knowledge is a plus
  • Video editing experience is a plus
