  • Overview

    MI Windows and Doors, LLC is currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Representative position for the Central and Western PA locations. This is a great opportunity for an individual interested in beginning or furthering their career in Sales. This position is responsible for maintaining an existing customer base and also increasing sales through current and new distribution in both the new construction and replacement segments. 

    Responsibilities

    • Provide first class service to existing accounts in prompt, professional manner.
    • Establish and grow positive relationships with account management and account associates to drive sales volume growth.
    • Train account associates to sell and understand key benefits of our products.
    • Keep sales management informed of any issues or potential issues with the customer.
    • Monitor external competition within the account, and provide regular updates and recommendations to sales management to maintain and grow market share.
    • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy to better serve the customer;
    • Resolve customer complaints.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the product line.
    • Maintain stock integrity, negotiate returns and build strong rapport with account personnel.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Management, Marketing or related field; or a successful combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the position.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers in territory.
    • Ability to successfully manage customer expectations by providing superior service to each customer.
    • Able to interface and communicate effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of an organization.
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
    • Ability and willingness to travel overnight frequently.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
