    MI Windows and Doors, LLC is currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Representative position for the Dallas/Ft. Worth and West TX market. This is a great opportunity for an individual interested in continuing a career in Sales with a one of the largest window manufacturers in the US. This position is responsible for making B2B sales calls on large national accounts, local dealers and regional distributors in assigned market area.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide first class service to existing accounts in prompt, professional manner.
    • Establish and grow positive relationships through account management.
      As a MI Territory Sales Representative, you will have responsibility for selling MI products through our dealer/distributor channel, promoting sales and margin growth and business opportunities while providing professional product expertise, business counsel and marketing advice to our dealers, architects and home builders.
    • Train account associates to sell and understand key benefits of our products.
    • Keep sales management informed of any issues or potential issues with the customer.
    • Monitor external competition within the account and provide regular updates and recommendations to sales management to maintain and grow market share.
    • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy to better serve the customer.
    • Resolve customer complaints.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the product line.
    • Maintain stock integrity, negotiate returns and build strong rapport with account personnel.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Management, Marketing or related field; or a successful combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the position.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers in territory.
    • Ability to successfully manage customer expectations by providing superior service to each customer.
    • Able to interface and communicate effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of an organization.
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
