  • Overview

    MI Windows and Doors has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and thought-provoking intern to join its dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a large and rapidly growing company while learning what it’s like to work in a fast-paced environment inside an ever-developing B2B Sales and Marketing team. The intern will learn about various functions within Sales and Marketing.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide general support to various customer-facing teams, including, Field Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Field Service, CustomerCare, and Creative Services
    • Support multiple cross-functional initiatives, including competitive analysis, market research, product promotion, and sales and service training.
    • Support strategic plans to increase profitability and enhance new product sales
    • Coordinate customer VOC events to ascertain product and market needs
    • Support the growth of MI’s replacement window sales
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of monthly sales & marketing metrics, dashboards, and KPI’s
    • Provide insights to enhance the value and use of MI’s CRM program
    • Aid in the day-to-day operation of MI’s Market Intelligence function
    • Interact with larger corporate teams and other business stakeholders as needed
    • Provide project support for creation of sales tools & collateral used throughout the sales organization
    • Conduct other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Junior or senior working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related majors
    • GPA of 3.0 or higher
    • CRM experience desired
    • Desire to learn and add valuable insights to group projects and discussions
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and in multidisciplinary teams
    • Strong written and oral communications skills
    • Sound organizational and interpersonal skills
