  • Overview

    Performs analysis and maintenance of supply chain data and manages key supply programs as assigned

    Responsibilities

    • Manage key supply programs for subassemblies and finished goods such as painted windows, IGUs, screens, etc.
    • Assists in developing and maintaining all item master and vendor master data structures including part numbers, standard cost, class codes, vendor numbers, vendor codes, etc.
    • Assists with the administration and maintenance of key performance reports for SCM including, inventory cycle counting, inventory turns, excess inventory, supplier performance, etc.
    • Analyze information related to material costs, commodity pricing, material usage, and Sales & Operation Planning activity
    • Visit suppliers as needed to monitor critical processes and performance
    • Maintain supplier relationships
    • Perform root cause analysis of supply interruptions
    • Effectively collaborate with internal and external personnel to meet goals
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
    • C.P.M or CPIM certification preferred
    • Ability to prioritize work
    • Advanced computer skills with the ability to create and maintain accurate reporting documents
    • Strong analytic skills
    • Able to work with diverse groups in a team setting
    • Effective oral and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Ability to adapt quickly to change
